2 Cruard sits in a corner of a working croft and is situated by the sea.
If offers breathtaking views across the Sound of Sleat to Knoydart and Loch Hourn.An ideal location for sailing, kayaking, fishing,
hill walking & observing wildlife. Alternatively, perfect for rest and relaxation, it's your choice!
Skye provides a safe environment for children to enjoy the outdoors and experience the real pleasure of freedom with unlimited space to explore. Sleat hosts a spectrum of excellent cuisine. The local hotel and pub are within easy walking distance. This offers either a formal dining room experience or a good pint in the lively local bar with traditional music and "good craic."
Skye can offer you a multicultural experience - it's all here just waiting for you to discover and explore!
Accommodation
The living room has an open fire and comfortable seating with
satellite TV. The dining room contains a family sized table with
seating for 8. CD player.The front hall has an extensive library &
board games.
The first bedroom is downstairs and consists of a double bedroom with
en-suite shower room & toilet.The second bedroom is an upstairs
double bedroom.There are two more twin bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms
have built in wardrobes.
Facilities
2 Cruard is a 1½ storey croft house situated within it's own private
garden of approximately 1/3 of an acre.The house is situated 1 minute
from the shore. There are 4 bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower room.
The kitchen has an 8 burner gas range cooker with a grill &
two ovens. There is also a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher,a traditional
double Belfast sink, large storage cupboard and a farmhouse kitchen
dresser.The utility room has ample storage for boot sand coats and also
contains the washing machine and tumble drier.
Rental includes all towels and linen.
The main bathroom and toilet is upstairs.
The heating is provided by gas central heating throughout with a combination boiler.
Rental includes all fuel such as gas, coal, logs and electricity.
The private garden is set in 1/3 of an acre with mature shrubs &
trees. There is a garden shed for bike storage and a patio at the rear
of house. A midge machine runs throughout the summer months. Therer are also a barbecue, picnic benches & garden seating. Ample parking is available.
A stile leads across a hedge for quick access to shore!
