The Broch Abode is located in the centre of the historic City of Perth, with its many sights, character shops, restaurant & café quarter, pubs, theatre, concert hall, cinema, museums, ice-rink, swimming pool, award-winning parks and gardens, and of course the ever fascinating River Tay.

The apartment is very well equipped and centrally located, enabling clients to enjoy the delights of Perth on foot while providing an excellent base for the many sights and activities available locally and further afield.

Perth is a wonderful city to visit in its own right and is also the perfect base for exploring much of Scotland, with its dozens of golf courses, historic sights, mountains, scenic countryside and coast. Edinburgh, St Andrews, Stirling and Glasgow are all about an hour\'s drive.

Accommodation

The 3rd floor of the Broch is reached by stairs or lift to the shared hallway which leads to the entrance of the Broch Abode. The lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished with two swivel armchairs and a sofabed and a modern dining suite. It is also equipped with a small TV, DVD player, radio and CD player. The lounge windows look out over the city towards the hills beyond.

The bedroom has a kingsize (5 foot) double bed, 2 chests of drawers and plenty of built in wardrobe space. The bedroom window has a more Northerly outlook over the city towards the Southern edge of the Grampian Mountains.

The well-specified bathroom has a toilet, basin and metal bath with a shower over the bath.


Facilities

The kitchen is well equipped with AEG appliances, hob and electric oven, and integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washer-dryer, plus a microwave oven.

Heating is via radiators fed from a gas boiler which also supplies hot water. The apartment is warm and well insulated, and there is no charge for heating or electricity.

The Broch Abode has an allocated parking space.

Prices include bedlinen, towels, and electricity. A child\'s cot and high chair can be provided on request. We cannot accept pets. The Broch Abode is strictly No Smoking.
