The house is situated in an elevated position, giving fine panoramic views of the townships of Breakish, Waterloo and Kyle of Lochalsh with the Torridon mountains in the background together with sea views and the island of Pabay. Beautiful views of the morning sunrise. The house is an ideal base for exploring both Skye and the mainland area of Wester Ross as well as boat trips to Mallaig, Raasay, the Small Isles and western isles of Harris and Lewis (see Calmac). Local boat trips also provide a chance to see varied wildlife including sea birds, seals, dolphins and especially the fabulous sea eagle.

Accommodation

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with en -suite shower room and the twin bedded room offers lovely panoramic views.

Facilities

The house is fully furnished to a high standard. The sitting room is spacious with bamboo flooring, comfortable seating and is equipped with Free view TV. DVD player, ipod dock and Broadband internet access. The dining room is attractively furnished and open plan to the sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. A washer/dryer is situated in the utility room. The bathroom is furnished with a free standing bath with hand held shower attachment. There is a walled front garden and a large grassed area to rear of house. The house is centrally heated throughout. Ample off road parking.
