Being on the main road between Broadford and Portree shopping is easily available.  With two bedrooms, one double (with en suite facilities) and one twin (plus a modern bathroom) there is ample room for up to four guests.  Should you require only one bedroom and one bathroom we give a price reduction of £30.  This cottage is ideal for a family or group of friends.  There is space for up to four cars beside the property.  Entry is restricted to Saturday within the holiday season but other arrangements can be made during the winter months.

Built in 1990 to our own design, this lochside holiday cottage offers delightful sea, mountain and island views. Bird watching and walking are favourite pass times.

Accommodation

DOUBLE BEDROOM

Double bed with Duvet (made up in readiness for you), 3 chests of drawers and built-in wardrobe. There is one pillow per person with extras in the wardrobe and a second thinner Duvet in a plastic container under the bed. EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with small washbasin and lavatory.

TWIN BEDROOM

2x3ft. beds with duvets (made up at your request), 2 chests of drawers and room-length built-in wardrobe. One pillow per person on the beds but with extra pillows and bedding in the wardrobe.

BATHROOM with a modern suite comprising full-sized bath, washbasin and lavatory. Hand towels will be in place. No coloured toilet paper.

We restrict occupancy to four guests, however, if four beds are required we have an extra one, if this is requested please bring your own sleeping bag.

Facilities

LIVING ROOM

Attractive fireplace for a living fire or electric log-effect. There are stunning views from the picture window across the loch to the Red Cuillins. Furniture comprises a 3-piece suite, desk, dining table/chairs, TV/video, book shelves. There is a wide variety of reading matter, games and jigsaw puzzles.

KITCHEN

Fully fitted with wall and floor units. Appliances include a full cooker, micro-wave oven, toaster, fridge, kettle and food processor.

UTILITY

Our storage room but with washing machine and tumble dryer for client’s use. Please no bleach or biological detergents, and no coloured tissues.

The bungalow is well insulated with double glazing. Fitted carpets (except in the kitchen) attractive rugs and tasteful furnishings. In fact all that is necessary for a comfortable and restful holiday.
